I started this group to gain community awareness of the severe shortage of capacity in child care centers for infants and toddlers, the stats on the poor quality of child care in licensed family child care homes and to bring our local busineesses and politicians together to irradicate this problem. Although as working moms we are so overwhelmed with work and family commitments we can by joining together each contribute a little and it adds up to a lot.

Mommy and Me Fitness is held at The Fitness Compound of Huntington Beach. Our classes are 45 minutes long and are open to Moms (AND DADS!) and their little walkers between the ages of 1 and 4 years old.    They are taught by Michele Mandala, personal trainer and credentialed elementary school teacher. She will run an easy going, fun 45 minute class packed full of calorie burning, exciting and stimulating activities for you and your little one.
